About the service
Apartment strip-out before renovation
Before a renovation, the old tiles, flooring, doors, sanitary ware and kitchen have to come out — and then tonnes of debris need removing. DK Plus Débarras carries out apartment strip-outs in Luxembourg City and removes the waste on the same day.
You get a space ready for renovation, with no bags left in the stairwell. All debris is removed as construction waste and taken to official collection centres.

The crew carries the waste out from any floor, dismantles furniture and loads everything carefully. We clean up after ourselves.

About the service
Interior strip-out with waste removal
Strip-out is the first and messiest stage of any renovation. We do it carefully, preserving the elements that must stay and protecting the building’s shared areas.
What we strip out
Wall and floor tiles, laminate, parquet and lino, partition walls, doors, sanitary ware, kitchen units, wallpaper and ceiling structures. We also strip out interiors in shops and offices.
How much does a strip-out cost?
Dismantling starts from €49 with the discount; waste removal is priced by volume: a bathroom is usually 1–5 m³ (from €190), a whole apartment 6–15 m³ (from €390). Heavy waste is priced by weight.
No lift, narrow stairwells
Debris is carried out by our loading crew — even from upper floors of buildings in Ville-Haute, Grund or Clausen, where there are no lifts and no access for a large truck.
After the strip-out
We clean the space of dust and leftovers. If there’s still furniture and belongings in the apartment, we’ll do a full apartment waste removal before work starts.
