- Job data — the property address, date and time of the visit, and descriptions and photos of the waste you send via WhatsApp, phone or email.
- Invoicing data — name or company name, address, VAT number (for companies).
- Technical data — IP address, browser and device type, pages you visited. Analytics data is only collected with your consent (see “Cookies”).
We do not collect special categories of data (such as health or religion) and do not ask you to provide them.
3. Purposes and legal bases
- Responding to requests and preparing quotes — steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Carrying out the job — performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Invoicing and accounting — compliance with legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
- Website operation and security — our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Visitor analytics — your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time.
We do not use your data for marketing without separate consent and do not make automated decisions about you.
4. How long we keep data
- Requests that did not become a job — up to 12 months.
- Completed job data — for the duration of the contract and any warranty obligations.
- Invoices and accounting records — 10 years, as required by Luxembourg law.
- Analytics cookies — no longer than 13 months.
5. Who we share data with
We never sell personal data. Access is limited to our staff who need it for their work and to service providers acting on our instructions:
